Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia’s Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management solution, which will give you complete authority over your mailboxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-handle user interface, you can create a brand new e-mail box account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Additionally, you can redirect email messages from one e-mail box to another, configure email filters, create auto-reply messages and protect your e-mailboxes against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your e-mail accounts against spam electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from ‘Very Low’ to ‘Very High’ to make certain that no undesirable mails will find their way into your email box. Your mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific electronic mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for sorting your incoming mail messages on the basis of certain rules set by you. Creating email filters is very easy – all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and change the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming email messages from one e-mailbox to another, or even to a number of other mailbox accounts. Just choose the e-mail box you would like to forward e-mail messages from, then select the target e-mail box and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your liking to access your e-mailbox accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you wish to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mail account will be set up in an instant.

The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-response message – enter the message you want people to notice and our system will do everything else.
